The fastest way to get a technician is the phone. It is answered by a person around the clock, and the dispatcher can usually tell you an arrival window before you hang up.

Directions
Helpful to Know Before You Call
- The symptom: warm air, no air, a new noise, water, a breaker that trips
- Whether the outdoor unit is running, and whether the fan on top is spinning
- Where the indoor unit is: attic, closet, garage
- The brand if you know it, and roughly how old the system is
- Whether anyone is home now or when someone will be
None of it is required. It just helps the technician load the right parts before leaving.
Before the Technician Arrives
If the indoor coil is iced over, set the thermostat to Off and the fan to On so it can thaw. If the outdoor unit is humming but the fan is not turning, shut the system off. If a breaker has tripped, reset it once. If it trips again, leave it off and tell the technician.
